Initiate Your Request
Log into your PEAK account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your gear back to our distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
